How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping is $6.57 and FREE on all orders over $67.

If you would like extra protection, you can choose Premium Prioritized & Insured Shipping for damage, loss and theft protection. This option is only $10.59.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Setrophy ships internationally.

Where do you ship from?

We work with multiple warehouses and fulfilment locations, including:

  • Reservoir, Melbourne / Australia
  • Prague / Czechia
  • Budapest / Hungary
  • Manchester / United Kingdom
  • Istanbul / Turkey
  • United States / USA

Packages will be shipped from the warehouse where the ordered product is available in stock, depending on your delivery location.

Depending on the delivery address, your order may be shipped domestically, overseas, or in rare cases directly from our production facility.

Important Note

After the first 24 hours of your order being processed, we are unable to cancel any orders. This is because the order may already be registered within the warehouse system, and we may not be able to pull the shipment back.

However, if you no longer wish to receive the order, you may refuse the package upon delivery or return the product to our warehouse by covering the return shipping costs.

Which shipping couriers do you work with?

We mostly ship packages with:

Australia Post, Royal Mail, GLS, DHL, Magyar Post, PTT, YunExpress, PostNL, FedEx and USPS.

If your order is shipped within the EU, we may use carriers such as GLS, DHL, PostNL or local postal services.

If your order is shipped within the US, we may use USPS or other local delivery partners.

In some cases, the main courier may hand over the package to a national or local shipping company for final delivery to your address.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, delivery may take some time.

We aim to process and ship your order within 72 hours. In some cases, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • If shipped from within the USA: usually 3–5 business days, but it may take up to 5–12 business days
  • If shipped internationally: usually 5–21 business days

Please keep in mind that shipping companies may experience delays during busy periods and major holidays, such as Christmas.

Change of address

If you wish to change your delivery address, please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • Your current delivery address
  • The new delivery address you would like to use

We can only change the address within the first 24 hours, before your order leaves our warehouse or fulfilment facility.

Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

My order has not arrived yet, even after 40 days.

While some parcels may arrive early, others may experience shipping delays. Delays may also happen if you live in a more remote or isolated region from the warehouse your order was shipped from.

If your order does not arrive within 8 weeks of placing your order, we can offer you a full refund, guaranteed.

Can I get express shipping?

Express shipping may be available in some cases. However, we do not usually offer it as our carriers often charge high rates, and we aim to keep our products affordable for our customers.

I have received only part of my order. Where are the other items?

If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and warehouse location.

Some parcels may also experience shipping delays due to customs checks, local courier delays or security procedures required by different countries.

Do not worry — in most cases, we will provide tracking information so you can monitor your package in real time.

What about possible customs fees?

Most orders will not require customs fees, but this may depend on your country and local import rules.

Please note that Setrophy cannot control or influence customs fees, taxes, duties or import charges in any way.

As a result, we are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes or duties imposed during the delivery process. If such charges occur, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

By purchasing from setrophy.com, you understand that one or more packages may be shipped internationally and may be subject to customs fees upon arrival in your country.

Will my item arrive before a specific date?

If you are purchasing an item as a holiday gift or for a special occasion, we recommend ordering well in advance.

We do not recommend purchasing during the same month as the holiday or event, as there is a risk that the item may not arrive on time due to courier delays, customs checks or busy shipping periods.

Setrophy is not responsible for orders that do not arrive before a specific date or occasion.
